  • What are the purchase requirements on ebonyfly.com?

  • There are ABSOLUTELY NO purchase requirements or obligations. Our prices are set for all customers, you don't have to be a member to receive them. There are no hidden or implied agreements or fine print.

  • Will I be automatically sent books I didn't order, or don't want?

  • No. We will never automatically send you any books you didn't order. Our site is strictly retail, we send you what you order and that's all.

  • What format(s) are your books?

  • We sell books in multiple formats. Please see our formats page for more details.

  • I placed an order, where are my books?

  • You can check the delivery status of each order by logging into ebonyfly.com. Your list of orders will show on your account details screen. Click on the tracking code associated with your order to view the delivery status. If you don't see a tracking code then your order has not been shipped.

    You can always view the details of your order by clicking on the transaction id of the order on your account details page. We usually ship within 24 hours, but weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

  • What condition are your books in?

  • All of our books are in excellent condition. We do not sell used or worn books. If one of our books arrive in poor condition, possibly from the shipping process, just send it back. We will either credit your account or send you a new one, it's your choice. We will also reimburse the cost of return shipment.

  • Why do I have to create an account?

  • You create an account so we know where to ship your books. When you create an account you can also signup for our newsletter which will notify you of weekly sales. You may unsubscribe from this newsletter at anytime within your account detail screen.

  • How does the reward points system work?

  • When you first create an account you get 10 reward points. Each book you purchase earns you 20 additional reward points. If you refer a friend to ebonyfly.com and they sign-up you also earn 30 reward points. You need a total of 100 reward points to gain a free purchase of any weekly feature.

    You must convert your reward points into a coupon to redeem the points. Simply go to the reward points screen from your account details and click the "redeem points" link. This will deduct 100 points from your reward points balance and create a new coupon for you. This coupon is good for one free order of any weekly feature.

    To use a coupon, simply go to the details screen of that coupon and click "Use Coupon". The list of coupons are on your coupon box page. Click on a coupon in the list to view its details.

  • I get logged out right after I log in, why?

  • More than likely your cookies are not enabled. We use cookies to keep track of who is logged in and from where. Ensure that your cookies are turned on. Please see our cookies page for instructions.
